Superman: Doomsday
The action between the killer creature and Superman continues and in this confrontation Superman was lost in the absence of Superman, Metropolis overwhelmed by criminals. Toyman uses a massive mechanized telescope to hold the children hostage. But what happened is that Superman is still alive and returned to save the country.
